How long do the cookies keep?
Our handmade cookies can be stored for up to 5 to 7 days at room temperature in their tightly sealed packaging.
To regain their soft center, you can warm them in the microwave for a few seconds.
How to enjoy the cookies?
For an even more delicious experience, heat your cookie for 10 to 15 seconds in the microwave before eating.
Are the cookies homemade?
Yes! All our cookies are handmade with carefully selected ingredients.
Do the flavors change?
Yes, some flavors are permanent and others are available in limited editions depending on the week.
DELIVERY & PREPARATION
Preparation times
Orders are open from FRIDAY 9 PM to WEDNESDAY 9 PM.
All our orders are freshly prepared to order during the following weekend to guarantee soft and ultra-gourmet cookies.
Shipping
Orders are generally shipped on SATURDAY or SUNDAY after preparation.
Any order placed after WEDNESDAY 9 PM will automatically be prepared and shipped the following week.
Local delivery
Depending on your city, hand delivery or local delivery may be offered.
Market pickup
You can pick up your order directly at our partner markets and local events, subject to availability.
Pickup possible at certain markets in Lyon and the surrounding area.
Dates and locations are announced on Instagram and our social networks.
Please contact us before ordering to confirm the pickup location.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of the products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
However, if you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us quickly so that we can find a solution.
